Resort Notices

A one bedroom unit features a king size bed in the bedroom.  The unit includes a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, one and a half bathrooms and a balcony.  The unit is equipped with AC, a fireplace and a cable TV with a dvd player. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and sleeps 2 privately.

          Cancellation Policy
          Free cancellation up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72-hours prior to arrival or for No Show, the entire room & tax deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are Non-Refundable.

          Minimum Stay Requirement
          Two nights stay required on Holidays

          Security Deposit
          Entire stay on credit card plus $50 for incidentals
