The Shores at Lake Travis is nestled in a mixed-use community along Lake Travis. The resort has access to 11 miles of Lake Travis shoreline, 5000 acres of parkland, and numerous boat ramps. WiFi and Cable TV with HBO are available in each unit. Shuffleboard, volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, and basketball are available along with a game room, DVDs, board games and puzzles. The area features one 18 and one 9 hole golf course. Popular Texas destinations Austin, San Antonio, Waco and Fredricksburg are nearby. Scenic views and numerous bike and hike trails are available up and down the Highland Lakes system.

A two bedroom unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the guest room.  The unit includes a full kitchen, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately.
