Located in the southwestern Utah desert, Villas at Southgate is a haven in an arid paradise. The resort is located along the first fairway of the Southgate Golf Course. Dixie Red Hills, Sunbrook, and Green Springs golf courses are also nearby. The Brian Head Ski Resort, Las Vegas and seven National Parks are located within two hours of the Villas at Southgate including the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. Boating and water sports are available at Quail Creek and Gunlock State Park, just a short drive away. Take a trip into the past as you visit historic sites, ghost towns, Sand Hollow and the Pioneer Museum. Whatever your pleasure, you are sure to enjoy your trip to St. George.

Two bedroom unit has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second room. One bathroom is upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Units include a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, air conditioning, cable TV with VCR/DVD player, seasonal gas fireplace. Mid-week towel exchange is available. Please bring your own pool towels as they are not provided at the resort. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately.
