2022 FURNITURE INSTALLATION - New living room and dining room furniture has been ordered. We do not have an installation timeframe due to the ongoing supply chain issue. We hope to have the new furniture installed in the Fall.

2023 MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS - We will continue our Master Bathroom tub and shower renovations with the following dates in place: 1/2/2023 – 1/31/2023, 4/16/2023 – 5/6/2023, 9/9/2023 – 10/7/2023. There will be some noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. while we complete the work.

2023 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WEEK - The Resort will be closed for our annual maintenance week starting September 30th 2023 and will reopen on October 7th 2023.

2 Bedroom

Each two bedroom, two bath unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Every unit has a balcony. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately.

Smoking Policy
Vaping or smoking of any kind is not permitted in the building. Violations incur a $250 fee. There are designated smoking areas.

Advance Deposit Requirement
Full payment of room & tax.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival or for no-show, the entire room & tax deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are non-refundable.

Minimum Stay Requirement
Two nights required on Holidays

Security Deposit
A valid credit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable incidental fee.
