Occupying a stretch of green beneath red rock cliffs, St. George is southern Utah's largest city. Pleasant winter weather attracts many people eager to escape snowy climates since, as its promoters claim, "Utah's summer spends the winter in St. George." Canyon Villas at Coral Ridge is centrally located and convenient to all southern Utah has to offer. Set against the magnificent scenery of Utah's Color Country, scenic St. George is situated some 2,800 feet above sea level. The climate and character of the area provide year-round golf and tennis and easy access to Zion's National Park and Bryce Canyon.

**PLEASE NOTE**: This resort does not have staffing on site, or a check-in office. All guests will be reached out to within 24-48 hours of arrival from off-site resort staff to be provided the directions to your specific condo, including door access code and Wi-Fi instructions. * RV’s/Trailer’s/ATV’s may only be parked and/or stored
within the community if they fit in your garage or driveway of your condo
without overhanging into the street. These vehicles may not be parked in the
streets or in the overflow parking stalls. If any owner/guest fails to comply,
they will be towed at your expense. As of now, we cannot find any other local
place that will allow for short term storage/parking in the area due to the
maximum capacity of most storage areas being reached.
