This beautiful lake front resort is adjacent to Silver Dollar City, a world class theme park that emphasizes pioneer handicrafts and folk entertainment. Allow a full day to enjoy all it has to offer. Branson is the Live Music Capital of the World and boasts huge celebrity theaters, lavish stage settings, large choruses and near mythic idols. It is advisable to book reservations in advance. A car is needed to enjoy the surrounding countryside filled with Victorian homes and wonderful sites. Highway 76, known as the Strip, has more than 40 theaters, scores of restaurants, malls, factory outlets, go car-tracks, mini golf courses, water parks, bungee jumping, souvenir shops and scores of other attractions.
