You will love the scenic views overlooking Loon Mountain ski area.  On site, you will find tennis courts, two large outdoor pools (summer only), two indoor pools and outdoor and indoor hot tubs and more.                 Pet Policy
                Pets are not permitted in the unit or on the property. Service animals are allowed as defined under the ADA.

                Smoking Policy
                Vaping or smoking of any kind is not permitted in the units. Violations incur a $250 fee. There are designated smoking areas.

                Advance Deposit Requirement
                Full payment of room & tax.

                Cancellation Policy
                Free cancellation up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72-hours prior to arrival or for No Show, the entire room & tax deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are Non-Refundable.

                Minimum Stay Requirement
                Two nights stay required on weekends; three nights stay required during select holidays

                Security Deposit
                $100 hold on credit card, at check-in, for any damages
