Travel Information: COVID-19 Update

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

The wellbeing of all our managed resort owners, guests, and associates are of paramount importance.

Office Closure

Based on orders issued by the state of California, we have been required to temporarily close our corporate office in Lake Forest, California. In anticipation of this, we prepared key staff members to work remotely from home with access to systems, email, and phones. Our Hyannis office remains open and we have taken steps to ensure that all staff can work from either home or office.

Business continuity plans are being implemented and teams are working diligently to minimize potential disruption to the services provided to our resorts and owners. We appreciate your patience during this interim period and until we can resume full operations.
