To the Management:

I would like to convey our sincerest appreciation to all of the team at the Beach & Ski Club. It is a pleasure & relief to have such a helpful group of people (particularly the front desk) working to ensure that we as vacationers are not burdened by unexpected problems. The font desk could not have been more helpful or accommodating.
