Vacation Resorts International
Announces Another Success Story -
Village of Loon Mountain

February 13, 2007; Laguna Hills, CA - Vacation Resorts International adds another chaptered story to its record of successes.

VRI has been managing the Village of Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire since 1996, and recently received a letter from its Board Treasurer, Jeffrey Spiro, Ph. D., on behalf of the entire Board, praising VRI and Mr. Scott Dravis, Regional Vice President of Resorts in VRI's Northeast region. The resort has experienced numerous problems and set-backs - financial and with the physical plant. Below are some excerpts from Dr. Spiro's letter:

"At a recent board meeting, we spent considerable time discussing how we were going to apply approximately $220,000.00 of unbudgeted income as a result of our recent agreement with VRI Development & Sales that resulted in the sale of nearly 500 interval weeks at Loon. The fact that we even had this discussion is, in part, the reason for this letter. We have come a long way! It wasn't that long ago that we were struggling with running out of money for the year in August, with not having enough to pay tax bills, etc."

"The Board deserves plenty of credit for their hard work and diligence" , states Joseph A. Takacs, President and COO of VRI. "We couldn't create these successes without the team effort and the relationships we build with our Boards."

Dr. Spiro goes on to say: "However, we do recognize that the most significant component of our success has to be you, Vacation Resorts International (VRI) and, more specifically, your agent, the Director of Resorts, Scott Dravis. Certainly our most intense situation came when one of our buildings burned down. It was a period of time when coordination of builders, public adjustors, insurance adjustors and our own staff was needed. Scott handled the task with determination, skill and aplomb. As a result, our physical plant has emerged better than it had ever been."

Adds Dr. Spiro: "The goal of our board has been to be fiscally prudent while improving the quality of our resort. Nevertheless, when we drifted away from our goal, there was Scott to redirect us. Keeping within our budget was another expectation of the board. Scott managed to keep our Resort Managers on their toes."

Roy Fraser, VRI's Chairman and CEO adds; "VRI has what I believe to be the most talented people in the industry. It is with team members like Scott Dravis - who was recently promoted to Regional Vice President - that we are able to turn troubled resorts into successful ones". Mr. Fraser adds: "I am proud to be the recipient of letters such as this one from the Village of Loon Mountain Board of Directors. It shows the character, standards and ethics of the VRI team, what has contributed to our growth and success during the past 26 years and will continue into the future."
