Signs Four New Management Contracts
November 1, 2006, Laguna Hills, CA - Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has announced the signing of four new property management contracts. VRI now provides management services to almost 140 resort and club locations throughout North America, Mexico and Canada.
Joining the VRI family in Florida are Berkshire-by-the-Sea, Sand Pebble Resort and Island Gulf Resort. Also joining the VRI family in South Carolina is Players Club of Hilton Head Island.
Berkshire-by-the-Sea, located just steps away from the beach in Delray Beach, FL, the heart of the Gold Coast, features 52 one and two bedroom units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, tennis, whirlpool/hot tub, game room and laundry. Nearby amenities include waterskiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, restaurants and shopping on Atlantic Avenue.
Sand Pebble Resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on a portion of the 28-mile stretch of beach called the Pinellas Suncoast. The resort consists of 49 one, two and three bedroom units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include beach, outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool/hot tub, game room and laundry. Nearby amenities include John's Pass (a popular fishing spot), John's Pass Village (shopping), restaurants, waterskiing, windsurfing, boating, golf, tennis, horseback riding, and much more.
Island Gulf Resort also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on the Pinellas Suncoast. The resort consists of 15 studio, one and two bedroom units complete with kitchen, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include beach and whirlpool/hot tub. Nearby amenities include John's Pass Village, restaurants, waterskiing, windsurfing, boating, golf, tennis, horseback riding, and much more.
Players Club of Hilton Head Island on beautiful Hilton Head Island is located a quarter-mile from the Atlantic Ocean. The resort consists of 52 studio, one, two and three bedroom units complete with kitchen, air-conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include pool, tennis, racquetball, health club, sauna, whirlpool/hot tub and laundry. Near amenities include beach, water-skiing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, golf and much more.
