Signs Two New Management Contracts
March 27, 2008, Laguna Hills, CA - Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has announced the signing of two new property management contracts. VRI now provides management services to over 140 resort and club locations throughout North America, Mexico and Canada.
Joining the VRI family in Florida are Mariner Beach Club in St. Pete Beach and Hollywood Sands Resort in Hollywood.
Mariner Beach Club, located on the Gulf of Mexico, features 30 one and two bedroom room units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool/hot tub and laundry. Nearby amenities include water-skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, golf, and tennis.
Hollywood Sands Resort, located directly on the ocean and famous boardwalk of Hollywood Beach, consists of 25 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool/hot tub and laundry. Nearby amenities include water-skiing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, and horseback riding.
