Signs Two New Management Contracts
March 13, 2007, Laguna Hills, CA - Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has announced the signing of two new property management contracts. VRI now provides management services to over 140 resort and club locations throughout North America, Mexico and Canada.
Joining the VRI family in Florida are Berkshire Beach Club in Deerfield Beach and Berkshire-on-the-Ocean in Delray Beach.
Berkshire Beach Club, located on a beach that's been voted one of the country's premier beaches, features 13 one and two bedroom units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include heated outdoor swimming pool, barbeque area, whirlpool/hot tub and laundry. Nearby amenities include water-skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, restaurants and shopping.

Berkshire-on-the-Ocean, located directly on the beach between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, consists of 23 one-bedroom units complete with kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. On-site amenities include outdoor swimming pool and laundry. Nearby amenities include water-skiing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, restaurants and shopping.
