Roy I. Fraser
President/CEO
Mr. Roy I. Fraser is the President/CEO of Vacation Resorts International, one of the largest independent management firms in the industry.
Mr. Fraser entered the hospitality industry in 1964, when he founded the Four Seasons Investment Company, predecessor of Vacation Resorts International ("VRI"). Under Mr. Fraser's direction, VRI has become the industries leading timeshare management firm, with clients throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Fraser has developed six successful timeshare projects and serves on the Board of Directors for many timeshare associations. He also serves as a Board Member for the American Resorts Development Association (ARDA).

Juanita Presley
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Presley is responsible for all functions of the Financial Services Departments for all regions of the country, in addition being involved with VRI's corporate and affiliated entities. This includes all aspects of resort and corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, tax compliance, financial analysis, budget preparation, and cash management.

Stacey Shilling
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Shilling has been an employee of VRI for over two decades. Her responsibilities have included reservations, assessment billing and collections, marketing, and owner services. She has also served as the department head for administration, handling board meeting minutes, employee relations, and staffing. She currently oversees reservations, owner services, human resources and inventory control. She also acts as the insurance coordinator for VRI as well as its resorts and is responsible for VRI's System 9900 training and support division - Educational Services Department.

Chris Presley
Chief Information Officer
Starting his career at VRI in 1985, Mr. Presley has almost 20 years of computer experience. He has been instrumental in the advancement of VRI's state of the art System 9900TM. He has advanced the technology with which VRI is able to service its owners and resorts alike. Mr. Presley has implemented several system upgrades that have enhanced programs designed for resort functions, as well as those for VRI offices. He oversees the 14-person staff of the Information Services Department .

Jan Samson
Senior Vice President Corporate and Business Development & Special Projects
Ms. Samson joined VRI in September 2004 bringing with her almost 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has held various operational management positions in housekeeping, front desk, night audit and reservations with Hyatt Hotels, and has vast experience in accounting and HOA controllership positions with Marriott. Ms. Samson also held various controllership and Vice-Presidential positions, and was ultimately appointed President of RPM Management, Inc. She has degrees in accounting and hospitality management and holds an active Community Association Management License in the state of Florida. Her responsibilities include new business, acquisition of management contracts, renewal of existing contracts, business alliances, marketing, development of corporate programs and special projects.

Alex Fogel
Senior Vice President of Resort Operations/Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions
Mr. Fogel has worked in the timeshare industry for over 20 years and is currently responsible for resort operations at all VRI managed resorts in the Southeast & Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S., having recently served as Senior Vice President of Resort Operations/Eastern Region and Vice President of Resort Operations in VRI's southern California office for eight years. Mr. Fogel is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in business administration. Mr. Fogel began his professional career in public accounting, during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Fogel has been a frequent lecturer and speaker at industry association meetings.

Tom O'Brien
Senior Vice President of Resort Operations/Western & Central Regions
Mr. OBrien has been with VRI since 1986. Mr. OBrien has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, working in the timeshare industry for the last 22 years, is responsible for resort operations at all VRI-managed resorts in the Western region of the U.S. and shares responsibility for the Central region of the U.S. with Royce Pennington. Mr. OBrien has a degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional management from Purdue University, and currently serves on several Association Boards of Directors. Mr. OBrien's experience and leadership has helped grow the company and provides a solid foundation for its continued expansion.

Stuart Allen
Senior Vice President of Resort Operations &
General Manager for Vacation Internationale
Mr. Allen joined VRI in 2004 after a 27 year career as a lawyer in Seattle. Mr. Allen was formerly general counsel to the Vacation Internationale Owners Association before becoming a VRI employee and assuming the position of General Manager of Vacation Internationale (VI). Based in Bellevue, WA, Mr. Allen oversees resort development and acquisition, marketing and sales, and resort operations for VI. During his legal career, Mr. Allen served the hospitality and travel industry, including timeshare development, sales and operations, and was managing partner of his firm. Mr. Allen is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Stanford University, is a member of ARDA, and a Board member of Seattle Goodwill Industries.

Royce Pennington
Senior Vice President of Resort Operations/
Southwest & Central Regions
Mr. Pennington has been with VRI since 1990, and has worked in the resort and property management industry for over 26 years. Immediately prior to becoming a VRI employee, he served as General Manager of a large multi-use resort development. His extensive experience in resort administration, operations and development afford him the uncommon ability to provide guidance and direction to on-site managers and staff from a "hands-on" perspective. Mr. Pennington oversees VRI's Southwest region and shares responsibility for the Central region of the U.S. with Tom O'Brien.

Rich Muller
Senior Vice President of Resort Operations/
Northeast Region
Mr. Muller has been with VRI since 1991, and has over 30 years experience in the hotel, restaurant and hospitality industry, including 13 years in the timeshare industry. Mr. Muller recently served as Vice President of Resort Operations in the northeast region. Mr. Muller's background experience includes a concentration in lending, finance and accounting. Mr. Muller maintains a Community Association Managers License in the State of Florida and has a degree in Hotel Management. Mr. Muller is responsible for providing support and direction to the Vice Presidents/Directors of Resorts in the Northeast region.
